  • surya namaskar (sun salutation) variation

  • core work w/ hip opening

  • uttanasana (forward fold)

  • vira (warrior 2) w/ variations

  • prasarita (wide legged forward fold)

  • temple pose w/ variations

  • hanumanasana (front split) in kramas (stages)

  • lizard lunge

  • ardha bhekasana (half frog) quad opening

  • gentle cool down w/ hip opening and twists

  • setu bhandasana (bridge)

  • grounding meditation
