Fluid Strength // Vinyasa Flow Yoga 🌊

A feel good flow inviting fluidity into allllll parts of the body

This is one of my favorite ways to practice yoga - embodying the fluid strength of water and includes the following:

  • spiral warm-up for the joints and spine

  • jala namaskar (water salutation variation)

  • flowing core work

  • garland pose, warrior 2, triangle, half splits, twisted monkey

  • shoulder, hip, and hamstring opening and twists

  • guided relaxation
