I haven’t posted in a while, and I often wonder if anyone out there is listening or enjoying these practices. Sharing yoga is one of my greatest joys, but I’m not sure that I’m reaching anyone on this platform. This year I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to join forces with Tucson Community Yoga and offer in person yoga again. But I want to remain connected with those of you whom I practiced with in Flagstaff and continue to offer classes to those who are unable to attend in person in Tucson.
