Brahmacharya Vinyasa Yoga

The intention for this practice today is to work with the yogic concept of brahmacharya, or wise use of our internal energy.

We’re powerful beings and can utilize our bodies and energies to make things, to form relationships, to create.

The first step towards brahmacharya is noticing how you feel, where you’re at, how much energy you have, how much you have to give, how full is your well.
